ABOUT THE FOUNDERS
Johnny and Cyndi’s story began on New Year’s Eve 1982 at a church in Baytown, Texas where Johnny visited the Church for the first time and became an Usher.
Cyndi and her parents were members of that Church and Johnny knew her as sister Cyndi in passing with an occasional hello as their only communication.
They were introduced on December 8, 1983, at a mutual friend’s dinner invitation, went on their first date December 12th, and married on April 18, 1984.
Johnny owned a successful construction company with Cyndi by his side. They have faithfully served together in Church and ministry for over 40 years.
Johnny and Cyndi have always shared a love and compassion for helping people, and serving others isn’t just what they do, it's their passion.
They moved their business to San Antonio in 2000 where it became more successful. They joined a local Church and found a new home.
When Johnny retired from their construction business, they founded SeYah Humanitarian Outreach, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization.
Their mission is to raise awareness and funding to help addresses the physical and spiritual needs in communities across the nation.

They had a God-inspired vision is to establish a sustainable financial vehicle that provides additional resources for churches, organizations, schools, businesses, and individuals; empowering them with the additional resources to help meet humanitarian needs in their local communities and beyond, including their own.
That sustainable financial vehicle was birthed with this thought...
Have you ever wondered how many people could be helped if companies like Netflix, Pure Flix, Hulu, and others would give back a larger portion of their revenue to support worthy causes such as: feeding the hungry, housing the homeless, assisting veterans, caring for the elderly, and many other needs? Well, with that in mind, they are in the process of launching their own Streaming TV Network on January 11th, 2026 that puts people before profit by allocating the proceeds to help fund humanitarian causes.

The TV network will only broadcast educational, instructional, motivational, and inspirational content for all ages. The core content will be topical programs that teach Biblical principles and discipleship training to help churches that might not have a structure in place to meet those needs. Additionally, there will be noninvasive advertising and dedicated channels that promote local Churches and Faith-based, humanitarian-minded businesses in the areas of those watching.
The TV Network will acquire millions of viewers and financial support by conducting joint Fundraisers with participating Entities like Churches, Humanitarian Organizations, Schools, and Faith based Businesses across the nation. Because those Entities could help more people if they had the additional resources, the Fundraisers are designed to provide them with those additional resources by allocating 50% of the donations made through their SeYah furnished website for promoting the TV Network and Mission.
Their Supporting Donors receive free access to SeYah TV as one of the benefit for supporting the SeYah Humanitarian Project Program.

This one-of-a-kind Program is strategically designed to produce 3 outcomes:
It provides funding for humanitarian worthy causes and projects.
It provides substantial funding for participating Entities.
And it provides funding for qualified supporters

This God-inspired Program is a separate Pool of Funding that's filled by business advertisers, corporate grants, private endowments, wise investments, and the portion of funds that SeYah receives from the joint fundraisers conducted with entities across the nation. The funds are analytically and fairly dispersed to those who will use the funds wisely, with accountability, and according to their participation in the Program.
