Enrollment proceedure for organizations

FOR RIGHT NOW... 
Please follow the flow below when enrolling an organization
  • For an organization who will COMMIT to enrolling at least (3) or more members within 72 hours of joining AND is ready to be enrolled, please submit the CHART below to Johnny and/or Sharon...  they will oversee the enrollments for now.
  • Remember, all organizations will be enrolled using a seperate enrollment LINK do to  using the $80 ENROLLMENT COUPON CODE.
  • The Chart's TOP position MUST be the SEYAH MEMBER that the new member is being enrolled under, so the SEYAH MEMBER's ID NUMBER can be on hand.
  • Position #1 under the SeYah REP would be the name of the new organization being enrolled.
  • Under that newly enrolled organization, the Organization should enroll their projects and divisions (if any) first, followed by their Leadership, Staff, Volunteers, then their members / supporters, and others outside of their organization.
At the ZOOM MEETING the New Enrolling Member must be able to provide the following information:
  •  Name of the Organization
  • Contact person and their contact number and email address
  • Thr Organization's mailing address, City, State, Zip code
  • The Organization's phone number and email address
  • The Organization's EIN or TIN
  • The Organization's preferreded Password for their BACK OFFICE Portal -or- use this generic "Password " which the Org can go into their back office and change it for  more privacy.
-OR-
The New Enrolling Member may elect to provide their above information and SeYah can do the enrollement for them without them being present.
SHOULD the New Member choose tohave SeYah do the enrollment without them being present, SeYah will be enrolled them and THEN, will contact the Organization to provided them with:
1)  The CONFIRMED name of their website (www.SeYahCares.com/ NAME)
2) The NEXT STEPS infor including the instructions and training on how to enroll their leadership, staff, volunteers, and other individuals into the Program under their organization.   ((there will be an enrollment video out soon ))

NOTE

  1. When a newly enrolled Member is ready to enroll a new Organization under themselves - then they would put themselves in the TOP position and contact Johnny, Aida, or Sharon to schedule a New Organization enrollment ZOOM meeting. 
  2. When a newly enrolled Member is ready to enroll an "Individual Member" they would give that new individual member their website to visit   (Example:  www.SeYahCares.com/ NAME) to learn about the Program, and if they want to enroll, they would do their enrollment themselves. 

Should ANYONE need help or have enrollment questions,  they would contact the member they are enrolling under -OR- Customer Service (Johnny and BB for now) who will walk them through the process.
