Does use a Model and Structure to organize and manage the Supporters and Funding in a fair and analytical manner as shown below:

- Pre-launching in SAT to create a working Model and Credibility, plus... (Green)
- Will duplicate that model and success in Houston (Blue)
- The next area to launch will be determined (Yellow)
- Most, if not all, Green positions will be manually filled during the pre-launch
- We will soft launch on July 4th (releasing the URL's to the engaged Supporters)
- and officially launch on August 8th
- with available Funding dispersed August 15th
- saTex TV will launch in August - providing additional Revenue
- SeYah TV will launch on October 10th to provide more additional Revenue
- Founder positions are $150 each to get in front of the projected massive Spillover
- At the SAME time, Founders may also acquire their first 1-3 positions for an additional $50 each
